Heinz Delam visit on 14 and 15 January Cartagena to hold several meetings with hundreds of participants readers jury of this year's Hache Youth Literature Prize, which is a candidate for his novel The Elephant Bird Sanctuary (Edelvives, 2011) , an adventure novel in the heart of the Congolese jungle.
Today Wednesday at 17,30h maintain an exclusive meeting with boys and girls of the Intercultural Center for Minors.
On Thursday, the 15th, in the morning visit the IES Carthago Spataria of La Palma. At 10.30 h will appear before the media in the boardroom UPCT on the campus of the Wall, together with the Councillor for Youth, Ruth Collado, and Laura Gutiérrez, professor of IES Ben Arabi and member of the Promoter Group Mandarache Project.
Already at 11.00 h, the author will present his novel in the traditional meeting with 600 high school students in the auditorium of the UPCT.
Heinz Delam, who won the award in 2011 Alandar this novel, is the first author competing this year for democratic Hache and Mandarache Awards visit Cartagena.
