The Department of Planning and Infrastructure of the City of Cartagena has completed work on the bike lane secondary school Las Salinas de La Manga, as well as improving pedestrian access to the same high school and elementary school teaching neighboring Mediterranean.
The works were awarded last November last year for about 62,000 euros.
The new stretch of bike path runs between First Avenue roundabout to the IES Las Salinas, joining the existing plot Avenue South Bank.
This will allow the school to attend two schools in cycling.
Also have spare pavements, street and sidewalk access CEIP Mediterranean, which were badly deteriorated, widening it and improving accessibility, since in some places it was impossible to walk down the sidewalk with pushchairs.
