80 people out of work may be hired by the ALDE through the subsidization of mixed employment and training programs.
The amount for PMEF amounts to 1,003,641.4 euros, with nearly a million SEF contribution of 25,000 euros and the ALDE.
The PMEF have duration of one year and 1920 hours.
The implementation of these programs involve hiring more than 80 people, of which 75 workers and 8 students will be part of the management, teachers and support staff.
As stated by Councilman Employment, Joaquín Mowing, the Agency for Local Development and Employment of the City of Cartagena has obtained grant for all projects submitted.
The grant exceeds one million euros, more than 900,000 euros contribution of SEF and 25,000 of the ALDE.
The PMEF have a duration of twelve months and 1920 hours, which includes n theoretical training in each specialty and practical work. The student workers will be subject to a form of contract for training and learning.
The specialties are granted two types of mixed programs:
-Programmes Mixed Youth Employment and Training (PMEF-JV) will target unemployed over 16s and under 25s Operations HVAC Plumbing and Heating Domestic, level 1 and Activities of Administrative Management, Level 2..
- Joint Employment Programs and Higher Education (PMEF-MY), for unemployed aged 25 or over who collect professional certificates d e Activities Administrative Management, Level 2, geriatric care to dependent people in social institutions, level 2 and geriatric care to Address Dependent on level 2.
The theoretical training will be provided in the C enter Occupations Training takes the ALDE Canteras by subject specialists.
Students who successfully complete the theoretical and practical training and assessment tests can obtain the corresponding Certificate of Professionalism in their specialty.
The philosophy of working involves learning something fundamental in this type of program and enables students to put in place what they learn in class and also know move in a real work environment.
