From 2 to January 26 instances may be submitted for seasonal service facilities on the beaches of the municipality, both natural sections, which may not exceed 70 square meters, and in urban sections, where the maximum area allowed is 200 square meters
The Municipal Institute of Coastal Services City of Cartagena opened the deadline for submission of applications for Facilities Services Season Beaches in the municipality of Cartagena this 2015 deadline will remain open until January 26 Friday January 2 .
A provision of stakeholders have been two types of analysis, depending on the facility requested is kiosk, snack bar, sun beds, furniture, pergolas, decks, or nautical elements, which are available on the municipal website , and must be accompanied by appropriate documentation, which may occur in the General Register of the City, SKIP and IMSEL own.
Installing beach bars is governed by the ordinance of Occupation Public Road for Hospitality Uses and Facilities season in Playas , under the provisions of the Coastal Act and its regulations.
In these, we distinguish between employment in natural stretches of beach and occupations in urban sections thereof.
With respect to the first, in natural sections, provides that the occupation of temporary establishments offering food and drink shall not exceed 70 square meters, and the distance between them can not be less than 300 meters.
Installing these bars must propose the City Hall and within the authorization shall be four years maximum.
As for the urban sections, they may have fixed i nstallations with a maximum occupancy, except in duly justified cases, 200 square meters.
The distance between these properties must be at least 150 meters.
In any case, it should be guaranteed public, free use of natural resources.
Remember that the application period will be open from 2 to 26 January.
