The new Minister of Development, Public Works and Planning, Francisco Barnabas, today pledged at the Polytechnic University of Cartagena to sign agreements for researchers UPCT use the regional laboratories and building roads that depend on the Ministry.
Barnabas met at the rectory with José Antonio Franco, rector UPCT, vice chancellors and directors of some of its centers.
During the meeting, they reviewed the actions recently developed by different research groups UPCT in the field of Earthquake Engineering and Construction in collaboration with the Ministry.
They have also addressed other issues within the building and construction of infrastructure and land where the Polytechnic of Cartagena and the region can work together consistently.
The Rector said that the director wanted to show their presence personal commitment to promote these conventions.
