The Committee on Planning and Infrastructure has favorably reported this morning the specific amendment No 11 of PGMO of Cartagena, which affect current campus grounds UCAM in Los Dolores, in its initial approval process.
The opinion has benefited from the favorable votes of the Popular Party and the Working Group Citizens Movement;
the abstention of the Socialist Group;
and vote against the United Left-Greens Group.
The process aims to change its current urban classification, allowing the construction of new buildings on campus, but without increasing its current buildable.
Due to this classification, so far only been able to rehabilitate UCAM for university use the old buildings of military facilities located there.
In another vein, the Planning Commission has ruled favorably reviewing office of Detailed Study of the plot Sector 1.3 Buenos Aires.
The issue has received the affirmative vote of the Popular Party, United Left Group-Greens and the Joint Group Citizens Movement, and the abstention of the Socialist Group.
The procedure seeks the annulment of office by the City, this detailed study approved in 2012, due to problems in the proposed alignments, as reflected in legal reports of the Autonomous Community.
