The city of Cartagena has organized a campaign against Cold as in previous years.

Among the main activities is to shelter, warm clothing and accommodation winter nights to those in need.

At night, volunteers will tour the city in search of these people to help them.

This campaign is organized by the Department of Social Services and the collaboration of Red Cross ACCEM, Local Police, Hospital Santa Teresa, La Huertecica and Caritas.
