The relay in the Artillery Regiment 73 occurred between Juan Francisco Díaz Rodríguez-Valdés, stationed in the city since 2012, and the new Colonel José Luis Navarro Carbonell.

Navarro Carbonell, the new colonel Tentegorra barracks was born in Valencia in 1962, and has been based in Madrid, Segovia, Badajoz and Strasbourg throughout his career.
He also holds a degree in Physics and has several awards for his participation in international missions. I am delighted to send a regiment with history and depth you have, Carbonell has said Navarro.
