The Mayor, Pilar Barreiro, has welcomed the new president of the Federation of Neighborhood Associations of Cartagena and Shire (FAVCC), Cristina Roca today. Roca has been satisfied after the meeting which has taken the most important aspects of the various neighborhood associations they represent as health and safety.
