The VI General Assembly SPCT held on December 9 approved unanimously by those attending the convocation of the primary process to choose the person who will represent our political formation in the upcoming municipal elections.
Thus, based on our bylaws and the agreement signed by our political formation with United Left-Greens Cartagena, the person chosen will be integrated as the first representative of SPCT in the list submitted to the judgment coalition of citizens next May.
Since the processes of convergence are still open, and both SPCT as United-Green Cartagena Left have publicly expressed their commitment to expand the convergence of social and political left, for this process include more players, the person chosen the next day January 10 would be the person who would bring SPCT this hypothetical electoral coalition.
For this process opened by our political formation, a month ago, have enrolled a total of 113 people who will be entitled to vote.
The deadline for nominations ends on December 25, and people who choose to stand will have 15 days to explain his political project.
The vote will take place on January 10 at the House of the People of SPCT, located on Calle Madrid, 36 of district Source Cubas, and will be held in the terms approved by our bylaws and agreements Assembly.
