The Minister of Development, Public Works and Planning, Francisco Barnabas, announced today the signing of the agreement that will allow the development of a performance of urban renewal and regeneration in the historic center of Cartagena, under the plan of building rental housing, edificatoria rehabilitation and regeneration and urban renewal 2013-2016.

Barnabas made the announcement during a meeting today with President of the Chamber of Commerce of Cartagena, Miguel Martinez, in which other issues such as the handling of Litoral Guidelines or the Land Act addressed the draft Neighborhood Entrepreneurs, the arrival of the AVE to Cartagena or airport opening of the Region of Murcia.
