It will be the children's workshop filmmakers for a day, organized by the Cartagena Film Festival (FICC), which teach children the best method, playing Small learn while playing with film and manipulate 16mm films.: hands, markers, scrapers and ink.
Without using the camera, they will create their own films to better understand the functioning of the film and how it is part of contemporary art.
