The Information and Infrastructure Planning Commission, meeting this morning under the chairmanship of the council area, Francisco Espejo, has favorably reviewed the Specific Modification No. 1 PGMOU on Town Planning Regulations, within the entire municipality.
According to the Councillor, the application during the two years leading into force of the new PGMO has revealed certain situations that have had to solve interpreting the rule dysfunction or lack of detail in some respects.
The purpose of this amendment, prepared by the technical services, is nuanced and address these regulatory gaps and bring your application to the overall objectives of the Plan.
The opinion has benefited from the abstentions of the three opposition groups, who have asked for time to study the proposal to define its position.
Upon approval by the full next Tuesday, the modification will be exposed to the public for a month.
The Planning Commission has also ruled favorably final approval in plenary, the Specific Modification No 6 of PGMOU in the field of six blocks located in the Pearl of urbanization and Levant, in Los Urrutias.
The amendment aims to establish residential qualification in isolated building, with the same index buildable particularly initially assigned to each plot.
The opinion has benefited from the favorable votes of PP and Citizens Movement, and the abstention of PSOE and IU.
Finally the committee reported favorably Initial approval of the Specific Modification No 10 of PGMOU, near the mall Las Dunas de Cabo de Palos.
The main purpose of this amendment was to bring together plots and change use from residential to tertiary, without altering its proportions and susperficies.
The opinion has had the sole abstention of PSOE.
