The immigrant community again mentioned last Friday in a work session to coordinate the activities to be undertaken by the International Migrants Day. The municipal associations formed by immigrants, the City and the Foundation were cited CEPAIM to finalize preparations within Creating Networks project.
The meeting took place at the headquarters of CEPAIM in the neighborhood of La Concepción, and it worked Akuabba Union Association of Ghanaians, Fulbe (Senegal), Golden Sisters (Nigeria), Malians, Tupac Jatari of Spain (Ecuador) and Virgin Chilla (Ecuador).
Among the resolutions adopted is designing workshops for the public to disclose important aspects of the culture of their countries. It was also agreed to re-evaluate the different activities within a month.
