In this scenario, the Sodicar Association, with the collaboration of the Department of Social Services, at the same time organized a rally at City Hall Plaza to which diabetics, family and neighbors joined the celebration.
Councillor for Social Care, Antonio Calderon, also attended the traditional event that stretched to the fourth edition Unite for Diabetes Walk, ending at the Regional Assembly.
There at the gates occurred reading the manifesto with representatives of this group.
The evening activities were not the only ones that were made ​​in commemoration of World Diabetes Day is that throughout the entire week, a program organized Sodicar blood glucose measurements, lectures and seminars, among others, under the Healthy Eating and Diabetes slogan.
