Councillor for Women, Clara Hall, open on Tuesday, November 11, at 9.30 am during Christmas Pastry Chef, which will run every Tuesday until December 16, in the classrooms of the Department in Building La Milagrosa.
Initially planned to hold a single round in the morning with 15 seats, but demand has forced the registered council to add a shift to other places 15 evenings.
Classes will be held for six weeks on Tuesday mornings from 9:30 to 12:30 pm;
and in the afternoon, from 16:30 to 19:30.
Among other issues, the participants will learn techniques under Christmas pastries, fondant and decorated;
decorating cakes, cookies, and cupcake cakepops;
and modeling of poinsettias and Christmas figures, using different colors and glitter powder, edible.
The work will be used to decorate a table with Christmas sweets at the end of the course.
