On Friday November 14th deadline ends on poster for Carnival Competition 2015, which calls the Federation of Carnival, in collaboration with the city of Cartagena through the Department of Culture and Celebration.

Until 13.30 pm that day, interested parties can present their work at the headquarters of the Federation in the Graduate School, located in Calle Gisbert.

Remember that artists can participate who wish, with up to three original works and subject choice but including the carnival spirit and a unique and characteristic element of the city.

As stated in the contest rules, no single prize is endowed with 1,000 euros.
