The Association of Friends of the Vela Latina has organized in collaboration with the TLA program (Alternative Leisure) of the Youth Council, a day of cleaning the Perdiguera Island for Sunday November 9 at 11.00 hours from the Club Nautical Grandchildren.
The activity will be sailing from Los Nietos to the island Perdiguera by boat lateen and landing on it, to proceed with the collection of waste that could be found, as being a location visited by boaters environment is common the accumulation of waste in addition to leading the effect of currents and wind.
The waste collected will be transferred back to port, where its removal and management with municipal cleaning services are coordinated.
