Operation Smile came to Cartagena this morning with a visit of about a dozen kids Tenerife Association of trisomy 21. With the help of Rotarians in Tenerife and Tore Pacheco, a group of children with Down syndrome in the region, including Cartagena, visited this city.
They were greeted by the president of the council, visited the Loro Parque, Siam Park, Marine Park, Guancha, Planetarium or downtown San Juan de Adeje.
