The National Association Abraham Project in collaboration with the Municipality and the funding of La Caixa, organizes Educating Family program, which will cater to people at risk of social exclusion in the District Virgen de la Caridad de Cartagena.
Parents and children share activities and promote mutual learning and community relations, in addition to strengthening using teachers and volunteers.
It will be this Monday, March 3, when the presentation is made ​​after 17 hours in the premises of the Association of Residents of Slum Lady of Charity, located in the Plaza Chronicler Casal.
The ceremony was attended by the Director General of Social Policy Ministry of Health, Veronica Lopez, councilors Social Care, Antonio Calderon and Employment and the Environment, Joaquin Mowing, Director of Business à rea de La Caixa in Cartagena, Sara Abella, president of the Association of Residents of the Virgin of Charity of Slum Cartagena, Juan Gómez Ayala, and the president of the Abraham Project, Nuria García Clavijos Association.
Ultimately, the goal of Educating Family is that project participants acquire sufficient educational tools to track personal and social development of their children, accompanying them in a standardized way in this development.
Parents and children internalize this process to continue applying it over the years as part of their lifestyle.
