Delegates of students from the Polytechnic University of Cartagena have chosen this morning Oscar Belzunce Huarte, with 70% of the votes cast, as president of the Student Council UPCT.

Huarte Belzunce, student of the fourth year of Telematics Engineering about to turn 21, leading a total renovation of the Mesa Student Council UPCT, which will consist of seven students (four boys and three girls) who had not been part of previous boards.

"We needed to shake up the delegation," said the new president, who has called his entire team to leave their responsibilities to the delegations of the various centers "to work for the whole University.

"We will publish reports of accounts after each activity", said the elected president.

Among the objectives for their year in office is collaborating in the implementation of store merchandising UPCT "to give visibility to the University.
