The Municipal Society of Cartagena Casco Antiguo now open for tender for the sale by tender procedure, fourteen plots, eight of which are located in the old town.
The objective of this initiative is the public company to value its assets to generate new projects and encourage investment in the city.
As regards the situation of these plots, four of them are on the street Moorish Baja, two in the San Fernando street, one street Honda and other street Pocico, all in the downtown area and along the windlass, and two parcels in St. Lucia, one in Pearl District, one in Tentegorra another Pozo Strait and one in Union City Round.
Interested parties may submit their bids in the offices of Old Town located in the administration building of San Miguel Street, until November 5, when he will meet the deadline set in the notice published in the Official Bulletin of the Region of Murcia of October 6, 2014.
