On Friday September 26, a public holiday in Cartagena, has celebrated the eighth edition of the Battle for Life, a blood donation campaign which was recovered last year as joint activity of the Festival of Carthaginians and Romans and not summoned since 2002.
The Town Hall has been part of this charity event, where between 9.30 and 14.00 hours, there have been 49 donors, of which 44 have been accepted.
Three of them were new donors.
Another notable feature is that there have been 33 bone marrow donations.
The Battle for Life has been the prelude to the Naval Battle and Conquest of Qart Hadasht the two milestones big day of the Festival of Carthaginians and Romans held Friday.
