The number of international students from the Polytechnic University of Cartagena increases 40 percent (23/09/2014)

A total of 118 international students from 25 countries around the world will attend their studies during the first quarter of this year from 2014 to 2015 at the Polytechnic University of Cartagena, which represents an increase of 40 percent over the same period in before.

Most students come from countries of the European Union, although there is also a strong presence of Latin American students, Turkish and Maghreb.

The country that sends students to UPCT is Poland, followed by students from Romania, Italy, Turkey, France, Algeria, Brazil, Czech Republic and Tunisia.

These exchanges are part of the mobility programs keeps UPCT + as Erasmus, Erasmus Mundus, Science Without Borders program CMN-INPS Italy or Santander conventions and scholarships for Latin America.

These programs allow a rich academic, cultural and social exchange that countries and host cities and countries of origin benefit from both, and complete the academic, cultural and values ​​of students in training.
