The sidewalks around the perimeter of the Plaza de la Merced at the height of the numbers 7 and 9 of the street, very close to the barracks of the Polícia Garcia Pagan Local area are in a deplorable state.
For months the roots of the trees of the square have raised the perimeter sidewalk of the Plaza, this situation becomes very dangerous crosswalk in the area, since it is fully lifted.
From SPCT we warn of the danger posed to the residents of the area, mostly elderly and in fact are causing many incidents as falls.
Despite the fact that the visible we are denouncing and numerous complaints expressed by neighbors the city of Cartagena to date has given no answer.
In this situation we require SPCT from the City Council to repair the current state of the sidewalks the perimeter of the Plaza de la Merced.
