Aimed at children aged 7-10 living in neighborhoods of Cartagena, are included in the Program of Prevention and Social Integration of the City of Cartagena, as places of relaxation and free time for the kids
Leisure Spaces, organized by the municipality of Cartagena through the Department of Social Care Prevention Program and Social Integration, will open in October this year for 2014/15.
Aimed at children aged between 7 and 10 years, are created as a place of relaxation and fun for children outside of the school day and its purpose is to promote social interaction and participation in the environment of their neighborhoods and the relationship among equals, so important to the overall development of the kids.
It is done in spare time, using it creatively, developing skills, encouraging personal balance and enrich their everyday experience.
Leisure Spaces have the c OLLABORATION of neighborhood associations and schools in different neighborhoods where they taught, and will operate on the following schedule (October to May):
The Aljorra (Monday and Wednesday from 16:45 to 17:45 hours).
Miranda (Monday and Wednesday from 18.30 to 19.30 hours).
Barrio de la Concepción (Tuesday and Thursday from 16:45 to 17:45 hours).
Slum Fours Santos (Tuesday and Thursday from 18.30 to 19.30 hours).
