Solidarity also sneaks into the Holidays Carthaginians and Romans and does so with the Sports Battle at the buzzing and 3x3 basketball practice.
It will be this Saturday, the 20th, next to Municipal Stadium Carthagonova, and organized by the SOI Foundation ASTUS partnerships and ASID.
It is an opportunity for sport and, at the same time raise funds to Cartagena with intellectual disabilities also enjoy their leisure time.
The event features the main support of the Department of Sports, Federal troops and legions, and the Polytechnic University of Cartagena and 26 companies
Following the success of last year, SOI Cartagena has added Zumba session 3x3 basketball competition.
Both activities will be developed in parallel in the same plaza and registration is now open.

For Zumba, the session will start at 10.30, will last two hours and the registration fee is 8 euros.'s Basketball tournament will start at 9:30, there will be six age categories in male and female form and registration each team is between 20 and 25 euros.
All proceeds will go entirely to the work of SOI for the inclusion of people with intellectual disabilities in leisure activities in the city.
The SOI Foundation has been created by the non-profit associations of families of people with intellectual disabilities and Down syndrome ASTUS and ASID Cartagena, but is not limited to its members, but is open to the entire community of the Shire.
The key to inclusive leisure is that the people themselves whatever they choose what they want to do and which activities whenever possible be made in normal environments and with the rest of the population.
