Custodians of municipal schools streamline their work this school year with the new mobile app that designed the Department of New Technologies, in collaboration with the Department of Education.
With this tool, you can communicate in real time the incidents that are recorded in the centers to fix it as soon as possible.
A total of 62 mobile devices, Sony Xperia, have been distributed to custodial these centers so that they can more easily access this newly designed application.
Furthermore the directors of the municipal nursery schools can also use this tool on your computer.
This way, you can register incidents such as a pipe breaks, a fault in the electrical system or pruning trees, among others. Shall also attach a photo so that the technician can see the degree of severity and and solve the problem faster.
I explained this morning the New Technologies Councilman Joaquin Segado, accompanied by the mayor of Education, Joseph Marotta, during the presentation of the application.
So Segado clarified that incidents are recorded automatically in the service of Education that will result as companies responsible for maintenance contract, municipal and Hidrogea dealerships and even other departments such as the Department of Infrastructure.
On Thursday, the 18th, the technicians of the Department of Education will meet with school custodians to explain in detail the application and perform a demonstration.
