The mayor of Cartagena, Pilar Barreiro, has given the traditional Bando Traffic concerning the regulation of traffic and parking filmed in the city to celebrate the Festival of Carthaginians and Romans 2014 to be held from 19 to 28 September .
Regarding Camp Festero, circulation and parking of vehicles will be totally banned on Saturday 20, Sunday 21, Friday 26, Saturday 27 and Sunday 28 September.
The other days 19, 22, 23, 24 and 25, the prohibition at Camp Festero only be effective from 17.00.
The Bando Traffic recalls that in both cases the vehicles authorized by the Department of Public Safety, as well as vehicles with disabled and emergency may park only in authorized places for them are exempted.
Also, they will autotaxis the temporary stop located adjacent to Municipal Stadium Cartagonova.
Therefore, vehicle parking for participants and visitors will be:
