The Polytechnic University of Cartagena yesterday received a visit from the Vice Chancellor of Welfare Universidad del Valle (Colombia), Guillermo Murillo Vargas, and researcher Professor Peter Hansen, the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio Grande do Sul (Brazil).
This meeting is part of the collaboration that both institutions maintain with the UPCT within the FAED-SME network, coordinated by Professor Domingo García Pérez de Lema.
During the visit, the two representatives have been received by the rector UPCT Jose Antonio Franco, Vice Rector for International Relations and Cooperation, José Manuel Ferrández, and the Dean of the Faculty of Business, Antonio Durendez.
Both Murillo Vargas and Hansen have shown interest in establishing ties with UPCT in different areas of work, emphasizing the dual degrees PDI and mobility of students, signing cooperation agreements and joint submission of European projects such as Erasmus Mundus, Tempus, etc.
On the other hand, the Brazilian university professor announced that conduct a six-month stay in UPCT own.
