The hamlet of Factory in the Lomas del Albujón, has no asphalt or sidewalks in his only means of communication with the Albujón Las Lomas.
These approximately 40 neighbors see as their only direct communication with the people is a road that has neither asphalt or sidewalks, or with lighting.
From SPCT want to note that these neighbors are the people daily shopping, Doctor Office and Neighborhood Association, having to withstand dust and bumps in the road in the summer, and mud when the first rainfall.
SPCT considered a perfectly acceptable investment by the city of Cartagena, even by the Neighborhood Council asphalting 500 meters linking the city center with Fabrica de las Lomas Albujón and that is why our political formation, denounce this situation the claim that the PP government team solve it immediately.
