UPyD coordinator in Cartagena, Sergio Martinez, has submitted to the City of Cartagena with a written odor complaints from neighbors of the Provincial narrow Pozo and Las Lomas.

In the letter, which explains the formation magenta have received complaints from residents of Las Lomas Pozo Strait and the location and status of urban waste containers close to their homes, and causes the release of odors that lead to warning City of Cartagena since last June.

As Martinez explains, to a large number of cases "containers are located next to the house", and the circumstances of the "bad state in which the containers are very damaged" are given first, and secondly, "we see only collected twice a week, so that the amount of accumulated waste is important, and is a nuisance to neighbors and health problem."

In this sense, the local coordinator, has asked the head of the Department of Planning and Infrastructure that municipal services, "consider all the problems that have been raised them, and undertake appropriate measures to address the nuisance to neighbors."

Finally, Martinez has advised the council that "convey and properly answer all the stay receiving by neighbors, to avoid continuous feeling they have neighbors on the City Council because they do not listen to them, or pass them."
