A year back last weekend 3x3 Basketball Championship Playa Los Urrutias, organized its Sports Club with the collaboration of the Department of Sports City. Around 200 people participated in this event which is tradition in this Cartagena beach.
A new feature this year was the inclusion in the agenda of women's categories. Athletes could also participate in the absolute categories, promises, children and mixed minibasket.
The championship was held on 6 playing fields in which men and women, boys and girls enjoyed their favorite sport.
Game after game the championship progressed with excitement until 14.30 hours when it became a little break to eat and rest.
At 16.30 the championship resumed until the final is decided.
As is tradition, before the final contests of skill, and triple shot was played.
One participant category minibasket completed the circuit only shot in about 27 seconds, and can not be surpassed by anyone.
Winners and losers, all met most importantly, I was enjoying this sport like basketball.
The awards ceremony was chaired by Eduardo Navy Sports Activities Coordinator City of Cartagena, and Jorge Giradles, president of The Club CD Urrutias.
