We are facing a moment of lack of trust towards their citizens and their representatives instuciones, so we need to redouble efforts to change this disaffection that seriously impairs the exit of the crisis we face today.

Therefore, from SPCT we propose a set of simple steps, without cost to the city coffers that can help improve the perception of the residents to their institutions.

So we think that would be very positive town meetings of the City Council held in the evenings so they could attend the public.

The vast majority of Cartagena have never seen a council meeting, do not know how the decisions that affect them in their day to day, are adopted and believe it is necessary to change this situation.

Also thought it would be very positive if the full City Council sometimes leave the Town Hall and plenary sessions were held in neighborhoods and councils in order to bring the institutions closer to the residents of the entire municipal térmimo.

It is also necessary that some units of the City remain open in the afternoon, for example the registry since this would facilitate efforts to Cartagena with many complicated steps to do in the morning.

From SPCT think should lead to a change in the Rules of Operation of the Whole for the colectivios and citizens to participate in discussions of the City having the possibility to ask questions and motions.
