The musical group Nuestra Señora de la Soledad, Marfagones Mills, has been awarded third place in the third category of the first International Music Band Contest Harmonic Zamora, held in the city of Zamora this past weekend, during on 25, 26 and 27 July.
The Association, which was the first time I participated in a contest since getting this behind Trigueros Bands ANC José del Toro de Huelva and the Portuguese Sociedade Filarmonica Recreio Alverquense.
The prize was 750 euros, and a certificate of participation.
The concert took place last Saturday at the downtown theater zamorano Ramos Carrión, although in the morning held a parade through Zamora, encouraging pedestrians strolling through the historic town.
On Sunday morning the awards and diplomas was performed in the same theater.
The Musical Group Our Lady of Solitude has the support and collaboration of the Department of Youth and Celebrations of the City of Cartagena.
