The Promoters Association Murcia analyze and assess investment opportunities in the municipality of Cartagena in rehabilitation.
One project will study, and which is now under analysis is the area of the Old Town and in particular, the Neighborhood Entrepreneurs.

The meeting was also attended by the President of the Chamber of Commerce, Miguel Martinez.
Besides the mayor emphasized the importance of collaboration of different entities and entrepreneurs in the municipality, such as promoters or industrial sites.
The City Council, the Autonomous Community, the Polytechnic University and the Chamber of Commerce in this project coordinated recovery of this neighborhood.
Also is included in the Strategic Plan of the Region, allowing you to access European funds.
EVOLUTION "N Sector
Regarding the evolution of the sector, Hernandez showed positive about the return of foreign investment growth: Ten years ago the figures that we now know with big investors like Britain, France or Russia is not repeated even spectrum.
