The municipal sports complex Paradise Beach and Sports Club La Manga collaborate both crossings TLA canoe of the Youth Council, and the free zumba and aerobics classes scheduled by the Department of Sports

This weekend has started in the premises of the Municipal Sports Complex Paradise Beach, organized by the Club de Deportes La Manga, the new programming activities TLA (Alternative Leisure) summer, sponsored by the Youth Council of the City Cartagena.

The kick-off was the crossing of the canoeing and visit the Isla del Ciervo, including therein a lecture and a practice on the water.

The canoe will be next departures: Voyage from Paradise Beach and out to the Mediterranean Sea, which will take place on 20 July, 10 August and 7 September, from 10.00 to 14.00;

Voyage Cala Reona-Cabo de Palos, on 25 July and 17 August from 11.00 to 14.00;

Crossing Islands and the Mar Menor, on 27 July, 3 and 23 August, and 14 September, also from 11.00 to 14.00 hours.

ZUMBA AEROBIC AND ON THE BEACH

Besides hiking canoeing organized within the TLA, Sports Club La Manga, in collaboration with the Department of Sports City of Cartagena, has begun Ampana c aerobics and zumba on the beach, with a high participation rate.

Thus, take free classes from 7 July to 23 August, the beaches of La Manga, Cabo de Palos, Playa Paraiso, Playa Honda, Mar de Cristal, Los Nietos and Los Urrutias.

The schedules are as follows:

Playa Paraiso, Friday and Saturday from 11:30 to 12:30 h.

Mar de Cristal and Grandchildren, Tuesday and Thursday from 18:45 to 19:45 h.

Honda and Playa Los Urrutias, Tuesday and Thursday from 20:00 to 21:00 h.

Levante Beach, Cabo de Palos, Wednesday and Saturday from 19:30 to 20:30 h.

Entremares Beach, La Manga, Wednesday and Saturday 18:15 to 19:15 h.
