The area of the City of Cartagena Decentralization has closed for a few days, the municipal information office and administrative procedures (SKIP), as a result of summer holidays for public employees that serve them.

It is open to the public from 9 to 14 pm from Monday to Friday, although not all are open daily because some are served by the same staff that rotates.
