WORKSHOPS SEA
These workshops are held during the month of July at the Club de Regatas de Cartagena, and is aimed at children aged 6 to 17 years (differentiating 3 groups: 6 to 8 years, 9 to 12 years and 13-17 years).
The kids participating in water activities, among which sailing, rowing and swimming in from 08:30 to 14:30 Monday to Friday.
Were offered two shifts, the first from 1 to 15 July, and the second from 16 to 31 July, a total of 80 seats in each.
The objective of this activity is to p rovide a youth sports activities exploiting the potential of the harbor and the Club de Regatas de Cartagena, to take their vacation time so that start in sailing, rowing (Kayack) and swimming.
In addition, these workshops are supplemented with lectures and practical seafaring (knots and rigging) and pool in the Club.
MUSICAL COLONIES
Are performed in the Garden City College, between 1 and 15 July, from 09:00 to 14:00, Monday to Friday.
They are addressed to a total of 80 children aged 3 to 16 years, forming three groups according to age;
March 1 to 5 years, another 6 to 7 years, another 8 to 10, another 11 to 13 years and the last 14 to 16 years, performing a specific activity of interpretation and layout of a musical style their choice between Rap, Hip Hop, songwriting, urban dance, percussion, performances, theater in English, making off of the Colonies.
The purpose of these Colonies Music is not theoretical, but the child begins to enjoy the music, laugh with her ​​artistic sensibility to work through music, and create a workshop during the holidays that enables the school to develop its concern musical.
In short, the kids can participate in a full and comprehensive music program.
The School of Music & Performance Arts in charge of conducting this year for the first time.
