The Federation of Carnival Cartagena, in collaboration with the City of Cartagena through the Department of Culture and Celebration, the Official Competition has called for the election poster represent these parties in 2015. Interested in participating in this contest may be submitted his works until 13.30 hours on 14 November in the Graduate School, Gisbert street.
When competition is open to artists who wish it, with up to three original works, and the theme of free choice including carnival spirit as well as a feature of the city.
The implementation of the posters can be performed by any proceedings and shall bear the following sentence
Carnival 2015 and the name De regional attractions.
The foundation established a single prize of 1,000 euros.
The jury responsible for selecting the winner will be composed by the mayor or his delegate, the president of the Federation of Carnival, the secretary of the Federation of Carnival (with voice but without vote) and members appointed by the Federation of Carnival.
His decision is final and will be announced through local and regional media.
