Enrique Nieto, known newspaper columnist Murcia and Cartagena painter, will deliver the opening speech of the festival of Los Urrutias (Cartagena), tomorrow at 20.30 in the local office of the Neighborhood Association, Â thus opening the program of activities planned this summer by that Association Mar Menor this village in the municipality of Cartagena.
Enrique Nieto is a member of the Board of the Polytechnic University (UPCT) and has taught at various institutes in the Region of Murcia in the last forty years.
