Today Friday has been the closure of the Workshop Affective and Cognitive Enrichment aimed at older and organized by the Department of Social Services that since last April until the end of June, has been developed in the classroom building La Milagrosa.
A total of 30 seniors have attended this workshop, every Friday from 10.00 to 11.30 hours, under the direction of Teresa Quintero psychologist specializing in aging.
Basic exercises of memory training, stress management, self-esteem, and other situations that older have learned to manage your daily life, have been the backbone of the course.
Antonio Mula, coordinator of Social Services, thanked the participants for attending this course and reminded them that the city of Cartagena, through the Department of Social Services, will convene last summer, and during the summer summer schools open.
