Councilman Thursday Jobs will present his credentials to students who have participated in the outreach program of Entrepreneurship ALDE, event to be held in the Ceremonial Hall of the Town Hall

Jobs Councilman Joaquin Segado, will present on Thursday 26 June, diplomas attesting the participation of 17 students from Salesian College in the School of Young Entrepreneurs Program, organized by the Agency of Local Development and Employment in collaboration with Polytechnic University of Cartagena, Cartagena College of the Salesians and Motivia Junior.

A ceremony to be held at 12.15 hours at the Ceremonial Hall of the Town Hall.

This project is aimed at young people between 15 and 20 years, who study 4 of the ESO, Vocational School or Intermediate or Higher, and has had a development of four months, from February to May 2014, while which have been made ​​F OUR workshops for teens two outdoor activities and two talks for parents and teachers.

The objective of this program was to encourage youth development in key skills for success in any profession of the future, and facilitate learning contexts to value their motivations, interests and personal qualities by applying novel techniques Coaching .

This has allowed them to gain a better understanding of themselves and thus helps them to define their Employability Project.

It is a challenge to the entire educational community, parents and society in general to help teenagers and young people to grow holistically, leading to the development of skills and new skills that prepare them to meet the challenges of the New Age opened by the global crisis in which we live.

The key, then, factor in the new labor market will be employability.

And this new quality born of enhancing entrepreneurship in young people and to help them learn to value their talents and strengths from self-discipline and confidence, to know how to create their own work.

Given that one of the main problems of today's society is the scarcity of genuine entrepreneurship among youth, this initiative aims to add value to an effective response to the educational challenges that young people need.
