Today Thursday, 19th June, was held a day of alms for Caritas, which, as is tradition, helps the city of Cartagena, through the Department of Social Services, installing a petitionary table next to the Palace Hall, which have been the Councillor for Social Care, Antonio Calderon, the Youth Councillor, Ruth Collins, and Caritas volunteers along with its president, Francisco Montesinos.
During cuestarión, which took place between ten in the morning and one in the afternoon, have raised 1,086 euros.
Throughout the entire day, which coincides with the traditional date of Corpus Christi, eight tables are installed in public spaces and with large influx of commercial establishments.
Today Wednesday found two other tables in the Commercial Assembly and the market of Peak Mall.
