Youth who are involved since March in the pilot project of the Youth Guarantee driving ALDE and the Youth Council participated on Thursday 12th June in a day of canoeing and living in Playa Paraiso.
Things like this, more playful and connect with the interests of young people, are also part of the program of proceedings under the Youth Guarantee in order to promote positive attitudes towards the challenges that arise both in their professional future as personnel.
In turn, these experiences allow youth to constrict ties between itself and thus enhances the support they offer each other, a key factor that helps them stay motivated alive.
The pilot Youth Guarantee initiative, funded by the European Union, it is proposed that at the end of this year, a total of 120 youth of the town, aged between 16 and 24, have access to a good job or internship commensurate with their level of training or other educational opportunities or vocational training that allows them to increase their chances of finding employment in the future.
In these weeks the first call of project enters its final stretch having developed in recent months various individualized tutoring for guidance and organizing a set of workshops to improve the employability of young people, whose themes have been related topics as communication, creativity, entrepreneurship, active job search or English and ICT.
