In relation to the information appearing in the press in connection with the Degree in Building Engineering, Polytechnic University of Cartagena (UPCT) wishes to clarify the following:
1) The issue raised by the College of Industrial Engineers universities, as UPCT develop these studies, in our case only affects the name of the curriculum.
2) No question in any way the content of the curriculum or professional skills of graduates, and the name of the degree: Degree in Engineering Building.
3) The development of these teachings as normal Continuous Neither tuition nor student development studies to issue the title is going to be so altered in their procedures or their content.
4) The University is working to eliminate any uncertainty on this issue, on the basis of avoidance of harm to students and the institution itself.
