The School of Tourism of Cartagena work with the City to study tourism in the town and the real needs of this market today. This Thursday held a first meeting the two entities with the assistance of Deputy Mayor, Jose Cabezas, Councilman Jobs Joaquin Segado, and the manager of the School, Fernando Pérez-Santamarina.
This is a first contact to realize this collaboration and study the actions that will take place in the future, clarified this morning the mayor, who also explained that one of the objectives is that the school serves as a permanent observatory of reality in tourism due to increasingly impact on the economy of our city.
The study will act as a tool to diagnose the real needs of this market in Cartagena and thanks to the information obtained with this formula, the school itself may rely on these data to guide its formation in relation to the demands of the sector in the today.
This collaboration, as Segado announced, is twofold, tourism and labor, as to the information to be collected shall specify which fields in which training would have to work more for greater success and are thus improve the employment in the Shire.
