Cartagena, June 10, 2014 - The Plural Left in Cartagena (composed of United Left-Greens and Socialists for Cartagena) has denounced today the publicity the Popular Party and the Neighborhood Council of Sorrows do together in the program parties of Sorrows this year.

Both formations have indicated that the PP party confused with institutions and performances like these that make it clear that the neighborhood councils, the majority of whose members are appointed by the PP, are the dictates of the municipal government team, as demonstrated recently on the issue of relocation of the railway station from its current location to the grounds of Mandarache.

Also, the Plural Left wonders who has faced the cost of insertion of said notice, if the PP has been using its own resources or has been the Neighborhood Council with money from city coffers, which would use a party money they put into the treasury of the City all Cartagena with their taxes.
