The School of Public Safety of the City of Cartagena ESPAC, collaborate with the Polytechnic University in conducting a summer course devoted to Applied Engineering Research and Traffic Accident Reconstruction.
Classes will be held from 7 to 11 July.
The course is particularly aimed at students of various engineering and law, as well as judicial and insurance companies, members of the Forces Security of Judicial races and Tax, lawyers, experts as well as all those have professions that require a basic knowledge of the techniques used in the Investigation of Traffic Accident
Classes have a theoretical and a practical phase, and will be developed in the Classroom UPCT, and facilities of the School of Public Safety (SPACE).
Its objectives by providing a basic understanding of the importance of road safety to the economy of a country, basic legislation governing attestations made ​​by traffic accidents and valuations thereof, and fundamentally, d ar an extensive tour of the apply various research techniques and the physical principles used in the reconstruction of various types of accidents.
In addition, reconstruction of several models of traffic accidents, such as orthogonal collisions, rear-end collisions, rollovers, off the road and crashes will be studied
