Councilman Social Care, Antonio Calderon, was cited Monday with representatives of ACCEM, namely, the general director, Julia Quintanilla, territorial responsibility, Fernando Arjona, and the local manager, Mohamed Keballi.
Among the topics to be treated include exposure ACCEM wants to develop projects next year, call the national income tax, the current immigration situation and work together in Cartagena between this entity, the region and the City of Cartagena.
ACCEM is a nongovernmental, nonprofit organization that provides care and shelter to refugees and immigrants, promotes their social and professional integration and equal rights and duties of all persons irrespective of their origin, sex, race, religion, opinion or social group.
